As Sales Consultant and Lifestyle Programs Manager, you will evaluate and enhance resident experiences through engaging programming. You will prepare newsletters, posters, notices, and calendars for internal and external customers. The position also supports sales, community relationships, leadership meetings, and Manager on Duty responsibilities.

Implement programs across six dimensions of wellness
Evaluate and enhance resident programming
Prepare newsletters, posters, notices, and calendars
Collaborate with internal teams for welcoming experiences
Participate in leadership meetings and Manager on Duty rotation

Requirements:
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized and able to meet timelines
Computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel
Comfort using AI and digital platform tools
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
