Coordinate cultivation teams and flowering priorities at Rubicon Organics’ Cascadia facility in Hope, BC. Keep multiple rooms progressing safely and consistently.
This hands-on supervisor reports to the Cultivation Manager and leads Flower Room Leads and cultivation team members. You will translate cultivation schedules into daily work plans, adjust assignments, and monitor productivity. The work supports crop quality, yield, production timelines, documentation, and smooth transitions across cultivation functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan daily workloads across rooms and available labor
Provide direction on priorities, expectations, and quality standards
Monitor productivity and address performance concerns
Coordinate with propagation, facilities, quality,
and processing teams
Maintain accurate cultivation and traceability records
Requirements:
Two or more years intensive horticultural or cannabis experience
Experience supervising, leading, or coordinating production teams
Solid communication and people-leadership skills
Comfort with Excel and digital tracking systems
Ability to perform physically demanding cultivation work
Bring organized labor coordination, transparent communication, and cultivation leadership to Rubicon Organics’ flowering production team.
