Key Responsibilities:
Oversee customer briefs and route required information for approval
Coordinate approved opportunities with Engineering Program Manager assignment
Track pre-delivery stages, blockers, actions, and missing information




Maintain Salesforce and Mission Control operational data
Design, test, monitor, and improve workflow automations

Requirements:
2–4 years in business analysis or operations roles
Experience with CRM and business operations systems
Solid analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
Strong automation skills and experience with multiple AI tools
Transparent communication across multiple stakeholder teams
