This hands-on position addresses technical and production challenges across customer operations. You will assess equipment, carton quality, and packaging requirements. Collaboration with Operations, Quality, Sales, and Design supports effective manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess customer processes, equipment, and packaging requirements
Determine optimal manufacturing approaches for customer needs
Support automated and replacement equipment transitions
Coordinate trials, start-ups, and recent product introductions
Identify cost-saving and continuous-improvement prospects

Requirements:
Hands-on plant, production, or manufacturing operations understanding
Robust technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
