CEC Entertainment seeks an Assistant Manager to support teams across a family dining and entertainment business. You will manage time, cleanliness, product standards, guest service, cost control, inventory, financials, and labor. The position also develops employees and supports safe, clean operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make daily staffing, scheduling, cleanliness, and service decisions
- Recruit, train, develop, and motivate team members
- Coach teams delivering secure, clean, outstanding guest service
- Manage cost control, inventory, financials, and labor
- Complete rotations across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom

Requirements:

- Work 40 hours weekly
- High-school diploma or GED
- At least 21 years old
- One year managing people, preferably in food service
- Coaching, communication, composure, resourcefulness, and integrity
