Provide residential youth support through participant supervision, household operations, and crisis response while working rotational shifts throughout the week. The John Howard Society of Saskatchewan seeks a permanent, full-time Caseworker for its Youth Housing program. You will assist with case management, service delivery, participant supervision, and household operations. The position requires client-centred communication, confidentiality, and practical support in a residential home environment.

Requirements:
Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills Exceptional writing and case management skills Ability to work independently and make timely judgments Physical ability to lift, carry, bend, crouch, and climb stairs Ability to work rotational weekday and weekend shifts Use organization, empathy, and responsive crisis support skills to help maintain a safe, supportive youth housing workplace.
