Lead long term care services with Good Samaritan, applying nursing leadership, dementia care knowledge, and resident-centred clinical oversight. This temporary full-time assignment runs January 4, 2027, through January 28, 2028.

Reporting to the Manager, Site and Clinical Services, the Clinical Services Lead provides direction for long term care, dementia care, and adult day programs. The role supports safe care, resource utilization, quality improvement, learning, and safety culture. It also represents Good Samaritan with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership for long term care and dementia services
- Support residents, clients, families, and care teams
- Oversee protected, effective care and resource utilization




- Promote quality improvement, learning, and safety culture
- Manage the care home when the manager is absent

Requirements:

- Undergraduate nursing degree, such as BScN
- Current CPR certification and valid provincial registration
- Three years of healthcare leadership experience
- Five years of health-related seniors’ care experience
- Experience with unionized teams, budgets, and MDS/RAI
