Build client connections as a Community Outreach Worker with Mount Carmel Clinic’s Thunderwing department in a full-time term position. Apply outreach expertise, advocacy, and culturally appropriate support.

This Community Outreach Worker supports recent and existing clients within service plans and as-needed services. The position helps clients connect with external resources, build skills, and achieve goals. Work occurs Monday to Friday,



with possible assignments across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and recovery services to new and existing clients
• Build relationships and advocate for clients’ needs
• Connect clients with appropriate external resources
• Help clients develop skills and achieve their goals
• Deliver culturally appropriate, non-judgmental services

Requirements:

• Minimum two years’ experience working in community settings
• Experience providing outreach to hard-to-reach populations
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Knowledge of crisis management and problem-solving
• Excellent verbal, written, and computer communication skills
