The Systems Transformation Lead works within the Assessment and Taxation Branch. This senior role advances MyProperty enhancements, coordinates cross-functional teams, and translates business logic into functional requirements. It also supports operational improvements across integrated platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complex, high-budget technology projects from initiation through closure
- Advance MyProperty portal enhancements and internal system integration
- Direct cross-functional teams with clear goals and expectations
- Translate business logic into exact functional requirements




- Ensure systems comply with legislation and auditor recommendations

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in IT management, computer science, or related discipline
- Six years’ experience with a degree, or seven with a diploma
- Municipal assessment and taxation environment experience
- Experience with CAMA or property taxation systems
- Project prioritization, delivery, budgeting, and requirements translation experience
