In this pivotal position, you'll utilize 10+ years of estimating expertise to produce full-scope estimates across various ICI projects. Your responsibilities include leading take-offs, soliciting subcontractors, and providing comprehensive bid proposals. You will also identify risks and opportunities, building narrative packages that foster client trust and engage in team-oriented scheduling efforts with Project Managers and Superintendents. Key Responsibilities:
Produce full-scope conceptual through tender estimates
Lead take-offs, subcontractor solicitation, and bid leveling
Identify risk, value-engineering options,

Build pricing narratives and proposal packages for clients

Requirements:
10+ years estimating experience in ICI General Contracting
Robust knowledge of civil/structural and mechanical coordination
