As a Deals Restructuring Director, you will help partners source mandates and lead teams delivering restructuring advisory services. Your work includes developing realization plans, evaluating business plans, and integrating tax, regulatory, and legal considerations. You will also manage stakeholders and support team development.

Assess business plans supporting turnaround strategies
Integrate tax, regulatory, and legal considerations
Prepare presentations and reports for key stakeholders
Run in-court and out-of-court restructuring processes
Deliver learning and feedback to team members
Requirements:
Skilled services or business advisory experience
Specific financial or operational restructuring experience
CIRP or Licensed Insolvency Trustee designation pursued or held
Excellent problem-solving, report writing, and analytical skills
Ability to lead high-performing project teams
