This eight-month internship supports corporate card, travel expense, and reporting activities. You will work with Concur, SAP, and Microsoft PowerPoint while communicating with employees across the organization. The internship is open to students, with occasional travel outside Canada possible.

Key Responsibilities:
Support corporate card termination in Bombardier systems
Prepare bi-monthly credit card delinquency reports
Audit employee expenses in Concur
Answer employee questions about the Travel and Expense tool
Support reporting, presentations, projects, FRR reports, and accruals

Requirements:
Student status required; current graduates are not eligible
Experience analyzing data in finance or related disciplines
Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
Bilingual English and French communication skills
Planning, organization, and deadline management abilities
