Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, the Cash Audit Clerk is responsible for reconciling, verifying, and reporting daily cash and sales transactions across resort departments. This part time, year-round role supports accurate financial records, cash management, accounts receivable, and general accounting operations while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.

KeyResponsibilities
Reconcile daily cash-outs and salestransactions across resort departments
Prepare, distribute, collect, and balancedepartmental cash floats
Assist with accounts receivable (AR), includingprocessing payments, tracking outstanding balances, and reconcilingaccounts
Investigate and resolve cash discrepanciesin collaboration with department teams
Assist with general accounting duties,filing, and administrative tasks
Support multiple departments andpriorities as required
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, andorganizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office,particularly Excel, and Outlook
Solid time management and problem-solvingskills




Self-motivated with a professional andconfidential approach
General accounting experience is an asset

Conditions

Compensationand Benefits
Competitive wage: $18.75-$21.00/hourdependent on experience
