As a Clinical Coordinator, you will help keep clinic services organized and responsive. The position combines communication with doctors, specialists, and allied healthcare professionals, alongside inventory management and sleep test equipment processing. You will also support insurance paperwork and administrative work.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage clinic flow through appointment coordination
Triage patient referrals with care and professionalism
Collaborate with doctors and specialists
Manage inventory and process sleep test equipment
Complete insurance paperwork and administrative support
Requirements:
Three or more years in administration or coordination
Retail or service-based experience also considered
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Comfort using MS Office and Google Workspace
Mandatory Saturday availability and versatile weekday days off
