Our client, a well-recognized law firm, is currently seeking a notary with a minimum of five 5 years of experience to join its team. Within a dynamic team composed of lawyers and paralegals, you will play a key role in carrying out large-scale real estate, commercial, and corporate financing transactions. The files regularly involve financial institutions, private lenders, other law firms, as well as cross-border clients. Working closely with the firm’s professionals, you will be involved in all stages of the transactional and financing process requiring your expertise: Analysis of portfolios and deeds of sale Drafting and reviewing real estate transactional documents Having a client base (book of business) will be considered a robust asset Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills Full bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) Participation in high-profile transactions, both local and international
