Inside Sales Representative – Parts & Warehouse Moncton, NB | Full-Time | On-Site We are an established Canadian distributor of industrial woodworking machinery, tooling, and parts, serving manufacturers and woodworking shops across the country. We're looking for a hands‑on, organized team player to support our customers out of our Moncton location. As our Inside Sales Representative – Parts & Warehouse, you'll be the go‑to contact for parts customers in Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritime provinces. You'll split your time between the phone and the warehouse floor: quoting and processing parts, tooling, and supply orders, keeping customers updated on deliveries, and managing the shipping and receiving of machines and parts. Reporting to the Vice‑President, Sales, you'll play a direct role in customer satisfaction and in generating machine sales leads for our Account Representatives. Handle incoming parts calls for customers in Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritime provinces Enter quotations,



purchase orders, and sales orders in our Navision ERP system Track orders with suppliers and keep customers informed of delivery status Direct machine inquiries to the right Account Representative and flag sales leads from parts activity Keep customer and sales activity records current in CRM and ERP Ship and receive machines, parts, and supplies, and record transactions in ERP Arrange trucking with approved carriers and prepare bills of lading Load/unload and crate/uncrate machines safely using a forklift Process returns, label stock, set up showroom machines, and support inventory counts Parts sales and customer service experience (required) Shipping and receiving experience Valid driver's licence and forklift certification Knowledge of woodworking machinery or parts is a strong asset Bilingual English/French is an asset given our Quebec customer base Wide-ranging role combining customer contact with hands‑on warehouse work Competitive salary [and benefits — confirm] #
