We provide personalized seating, mobility and positioning solutions to clients across Canada—and we are looking for a Client Experience Specialist to be an important part of that journey. Welcome and support clients in person, by phone and by email. Help clients with equipment questions and identify solutions that meet their needs. Coordinate repairs and service for wheelchairs, lifts and other mobility equipment. Prepare quotes, work orders, customer orders and related documentation. Maintain accurate client records and information in our systems. Process delivery,



billing, reservation and service information. Customer service experience, preferably with technical products, equipment or services. Strong organization, attention to detail and time-management skills. Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
