The Clinician, Wound and Skin Care provides resident-centered consultation and clinical expertise in residential care settings. This multi-site position uses evidence-informed practice, education theory, and advanced nursing skills. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary specialists while teaching staff, residents, and families.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership in evidence-informed wound and skin care practice
Role model direct resident care skills for staff and students
Deliver teaching, mentoring, presentations, demonstrations, and lectures
Develop, implement,



and evaluate education programs
Participate in quality improvement, research, and skilled committees

Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
Completed IIWCC or WOCN course
Three years' recent residential or geriatric wound care experience
One year of education or leadership experience
Valid BC driver's license and personal vehicle access
