Reporting directly to the Co-Directors, you will manage day-to-day operations while fostering partnerships that drive the Centre's mission. Your leadership will streamline processes, enhance governance, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives impacting child health. Key Responsibilities:
Support effective project management and organizational planning
Oversee budget management and resource allocation
Develop partnerships with hospital and academic leaders
Lead communications and stakeholder engagement efforts
Evaluate and monitor activities for future planning

Requirements:
Master’s degree in related fields with 7+ years of experience
Proven track record in an academic healthcare setting
Solid budget management, forecasting, and evaluation skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
