As a Diagnostic Imaging Assistant and Pain Therapy Tech Assistant, you will provide reception and clinical support for patients, technologists, and radiologists. The part time schedule includes 7.5-hour shifts, with additional shifts available at Calgary locations. Duties include appointment booking, confidential records, payments, telephone inquiries, reports, supplies, and examination-room readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer calls, screen inquiries, and relay messages
Schedule examinations by telephone or in person
Receive payments and prepare clinic deposits
Assist with sterile tray preparation and patient forms
Clean rooms, probes, equipment, and examination areas
Requirements:
Required certification as a medical office skilled
Medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
Excellent face-to-face customer service experience within Mayfair clinics
Computer and keyboarding proficiency with 45 words per minute
Versatile availability and possible travel to Calgary clinics
