Key Responsibilities:
Follow established care plans with the interprofessional healthcare team
Assist patients with positioning, mobilization, hygiene, and changing beds
Report discomfort, skin breakdowns, accidents, and care responses
Complete menu slips and check dietary restrictions
Document activities of daily living and other observations

Requirements:
Graduation from a recognized Health Care Assistant program
Grade 10 education or equivalent education, training, and experience
Current Food Secure Level One, where required
Ability to deal effectively with others
Ability to organize work and communicate effectively
