Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound inquiries by phone, email and web lead
Recommend wine storage, cooling and accessory solutions
Look up products and manage customer information in Shopify
Process showroom,
phone and online order inquiries accurately
Follow up on quotes, questions and open opportunities
Requirements:
Three or more years in technical, inside or showroom sales
Hands-on Shopify and Shopify POS experience
Comfort learning specifications, sizing and applications
Accurate quote, order and customer note preparation
Skilled, reliable and organized work style
