Build business relationships and support customer accounts as an Inside Sales Representative with Quadbridge, working hybrid Monday through Friday.
Quadbridge seeks a motivated qualified for a support-focused sales role and pathway toward a full sales position. You will learn the business while assisting Account Managers, understanding customer needs, and creating technology solutions. The position requires curiosity, resilience, and careful follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Attend conference calls and develop account contacts
Understand customer businesses and communicate Quadbridge value
Review backorder ETAs and propose comparable solutions
Update assigned pipelines and manage deal registrations
Requirements:
Customer service experience of two to four years
Interest in directly impacting business results
Passion for relationship building and creative problem-solving
Solid attention to detail and communication skills
Natural curiosity and desire to develop skills
