As a Customer Service Representative, you will welcome members, potential members, and guests while supporting positive club experiences. You will answer calls, manage appointments, explain memberships and amenities, and assist with fitness equipment questions. The role also includes sales and member account updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet members and check them into the club
Handle calls, messages, and appointment bookings
Answer questions about FitFix and Cardio machines
Sell memberships, services, products, and amenities
Complete cleaning tasks and Fit-Fix Starter sessions
Requirements:
Hold CPR-A and AED Certification
Obtain Smart Tan certification within three months
Demonstrate robust interpersonal and customer service skills
Communicate excellently in written and verbal formats
Use computers proficiently; sales experience is an asset
