This in office Moncton position supports existing and recent clients through personal insurance advice. The advisor quotes new business, writes policies, retains accounts, and processes renewals and policy changes. Success requires strong customer focus, analytical and organizational skills, plus excellent verbal and written communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Quote current business through outbound calls and walk-ins
Write new policies and retain existing business
Answer inquiries and conduct client care calls
Prepare insurer documentation and complete client applications
Participate in training and community marketing initiatives
Requirements:
Bilingual English and French proficiency
High school or post-secondary education
Personal insurance experience preferred, minimum one year
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exposure to Epic is an asset
