Deliver patient-centered nursing care at Gainsborough Health Centre using assessment, care planning, and evaluation skills. This is a full-time temporary position in Gainsborough. As a Registered Nurse in the Chronic Resident Unit, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The role supports quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology, and patient family-centered care. You will provide safe, quality nursing care while promoting the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
