You will be involved in major matters including syndicated financings, acquisition financings, structured financings and cross-border transactionsThe role also includes a significant strategic dimension, including client development, practice positioning and contribution to the firm’s global initiativesResponsibilities Lead complex financing transactions, both domestic and internationalStructure and negotiate syndicated financings, acquisition financings,
