Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans, learning activities, and educational games that align with the preschool curriculum.
Supervise and Engage Children. Monitor children during classroom activities, playtime, meals, and outdoor play to ensure safety and promote positive behavior.
Assist with Behavior Management. Reinforce classroom rules and help guide children in developing appropriate social and emotional skills.
Prepare Learning Materials. Help set up and organize classroom materials, resources, and displays to support hands-on learning and creativity.
Offer one-on-one or small group assistance to children who need extra help with activities or emotional support.
Observe children's development and behavior; communicate concerns or notable progress to the lead teacher.
Help children with daily routines such as arrivals, departures, toileting, meals, and rest time, fostering independence and consistency.
Work closely with the lead teacher and other staff to ensure consistency in teaching practices and childcare.

Pay Range: We anticipate the salary range to be 48,000-50,000 CAD. An individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors which include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
