Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Cultivate relationships with guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through personalized experiences and attentive service. Experienced Restaurant Leader: You have one (1) year of experience as a General Manager of a Full-Service Restaurant or (2) years of experience as a Front of House Supervisor with a minimum of 6 months of experience as a General Manager of a Full-Service Restaurant, with a proven track record of success in a high-volume setting. Passionate Ambassador: You have a genuine passion for learning Mexican cuisine and culture, inspiring authenticity and excellence in your team. Skilled in building and empowering diverse teams, you foster a culture of collaboration and excellence to ensure exceptional guest service and staff performance. Known for meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant management, you ensure operational efficiency and maintain impeccable standards in guest service. Thriving in dynamic hospitality settings, you excel at navigating challenges with creativity and implementing innovative solutions to enhance guest experiences and operational effectiveness. Hospitality Expert: You have a deep understanding of hospitality principles, delivering memorable dining experiences that exceed guest expectations. Language: English is spoken in the workplace; candidates must have good English. Work experience – 1 year to less than 2 years of experience supervising or a combination of experience and relevant education. Completion of secondary school is required, or a combination of relevant education and experience in the food service sector with relevant supervisory experience; or Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline is an asset.
