The Apprentice General Manager assists with day-to-day restaurant operations while learning General Manager responsibilities. You will help create schedules, manage P&L; activities, forecast sales, recruit, and interview. You will also uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards throughout the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as leader on duty during restaurant shifts
Ensure digital orders arrive accurately and on time
Create and manage restaurant schedules
Forecast sales and support P&L; management
Recruit, interview, and develop crew members
Requirements:

Previous restaurant management experience preferred
Availability for a standard 50-hour workweek
