Be a key player in transforming project delivery as an Integrated Project Delivery Advisor with Tiree in Alberta. This consulting role focuses on enhancing capital project delivery through Integrated Project Delivery methods. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding project owners on selecting delivery models and building high-performing teams. Your efforts will support Lean construction practices aimed at improving project outcomes and ensuring value for all stakeholders involved. Key Responsibilities:
Advise on project delivery selection and IPD readiness
Facilitate partner selection for project teams
Manage project costs and performance indicators
Develop supportive governance for explicit decision-making
Conduct team-oriented working sessions to enhance team alignment
Requirements:
Extensive experience with IPD projects
Experience with municipal or broader public-sector clients
Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies
Effective communicator and facilitator
Willingness to work in office in Alberta
