You will communicate relevant information to teams while considering morale and productivity. The position emphasizes protected line performance, Valuable Manufacturing Practices, equipment defect response, and continuous improvement across the department.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead production teams while ensuring safety and product quality
Instil continuous improvement across employees and operations
Communicate information affecting team morale and productivity




Execute corrective actions for identified equipment defects
Collaborate on projects and help meet assigned deadlines

Requirements:
Supervisory experience with demonstrated problem-solving ability
Prior processing and packaging experience in manufacturing
Lean Six Sigma experience is desired
Relevant manufacturing education or equivalent work experience
