Canada Post seeks a Senior Specialist Labour Relations to advise operational, regional, and corporate stakeholders. You will interpret collective agreements, federal regulations, policies, and directives while supporting labour-management relationships. The work includes arbitration, disciplinary matters, consultations, and strategic labour relations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialist advice on collective agreements and labour legislation
Manage grievances beyond first level through arbitration
Maintain relationships with unions and bargaining agents




Prepare settlements and support legal counsel during arbitration
Deliver labour relations training to local client groups

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Industrial or Labour Relations
Three to five years of relevant functional experience
Unionized setting experience is an asset
Bilingual imperative language requirement, CBCC
Robust analytical, communication, judgement, and relationship-building skills
