Assess vehicle damage and create accurate estimates as an Automotive Collision Repair Estimator with Boyd Autobody & Glass. Use Audatex and Mitchell systems.
This Estimator supports successful customer experiences throughout the collision repair process. You will document repairs, coordinate customer needs, and communicate with insurance companies. The position requires customer service, insurance process knowledge, and estimating experience with current OEM repair procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Create estimates using Audatex and Mitchell systems
Accurately assess vehicle damage and replacement parts
Guide customers through repair processes and updates
Maintain accurate ASE customer interaction details
Meet insurance requirements and Assured KPIs
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
At least one year of DRP experience
Knowledge of Mitchell, Audatex, Alldata, and Progi
Ability to multitask under pressure
Bring collision estimating, insurance communication, and customer service skills to Boyd Autobody & Glass repair operations.
