Bull Skit Improvisational Theatre is a Red Deer nonprofit established in 2008. The Artistic Director develops and produces excellent improvisational theatre while supporting a secure, creative, and inclusive experience. The position runs from August 1, 2019, to July 30, 2020, with potential renewal.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and evaluate the theatre season
Execute seasons with the executive director
Develop and retain company members
Build relationships with volunteers, members, and audiences
Promote the organization’s mission through community activities

Requirements:
History of artistic accomplishment and leadership
Ability to develop the company’s artistic vision
Inspirational leadership ability
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Financial management experience within balanced budgets
