Prepare sushi at Loblaws in Peterborough using company recipes, food safety practices, and Bento operations tools. This is an onsite permanent part time position.

As a Food Service Team Member, you will prepare sushi and menu items while supporting production, inventory, and kitchen operations. Bento provides full training, and previous sushi experience is not required. Food service experience, teamwork, communication, and basic technology skills support success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare sushi and menu items according to company recipes
Maintain food safety compliance and accurate logs
Track daily production and assist kitchen operations
Receive, organize, and check inventory
Coordinate sushi bar operations with store staff

Requirements:
Food service experience required
Sushi experience considered an asset
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to lift up to 20 kilograms
Ability to stand for extended periods
