As a Fashion Associate, you will help customers feel confident and stylish through attentive assistance. You will support fitting-room service, cash-desk transactions, sales-floor presentation, and daily operations. Reitmans offers inclusive fashion in sizes 0–22, XXS–3X, across Regular, Petite, and Tall collections.

Deliver outstanding shopping experiences that build customer relationships
Process cash-desk transactions efficiently and accurately
Provide personalized assistance and answer customer questions
Use product knowledge and promotions to support add-on sales
Maintain clean, organized, visually appealing sales floors
Requirements:
Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends
Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office
Versatile availability for evenings, weekends and holidays
