Reliable Monday to Friday Schedule Manage and oversee QuickBooks Online for all accounting tasks, including invoicing, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and reconciliation. Administer and optimize our ERP system, Fulcrum, to streamline inventory management, order processing, production scheduling, and supply chain operations. (ERP implementation in progress.) Prepare and present financial data to support management decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Minimum of3 years of experiencein financial controlling, accounting, or a similar role. Proven expertise withQuickBooks Onlineand ERP systems (experience with Fulcrum or similar platforms is considered an asset).
