Niagara Catholic seeks a Carpenter working under the Manager of Facilities Services. The work combines blueprint-based construction with renovations, structural alterations, repairs, flooring, concrete, drywall, and grounds maintenance. You will use hand and power tools, woodworking machines, adhesives, and fasteners while supporting schools and surrounding property from the NCDSB Maintenance Shop.

Key Responsibilities:

- Construct, erect, install, renovate, and repair wood structures
- Remove walls, ceilings, cabinets, floors, and roofs
- Apply drywall, plaster, insulation, and finishing materials




- Mix concrete and repair floors, sidewalks, steps, and foundations
- Order supplies and move heavy equipment between schools

Requirements:

- Valid 403A Carpenter Certificate of Qualification
- Grade 12 diploma and valid Class G licence
- Ability to troubleshoot and communicate problems clearly
- Physical fitness for required carpentry and maintenance duties
