This Grocery Team Member supports receiving, preparing, stocking, and selling products according to WFM standards. The work includes maintaining shelves, cases, bulk bins, frozen and dairy areas. You will follow procedures, complete required worksheets, support sampling, and help maintain store standards. No prior retail experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Break down deliveries and stock grocery shelves
- Front-face, rotate, and remove outdated products
- Maintain displays, back stock, and sample areas
- Complete spoilage, temperature, sampling, and sweep worksheets




- Provide courteous service and use suggestive selling techniques

Requirements:

- No prior retail experience required
- Ability to learn department products and inspect freshness
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow procedures and manage time effectively
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work versatile schedules
