The Regional Director supports advisor recruitment, development, onboarding, and regional business growth. Working closely with the Regional Vice-President, this role helps advisors improve productivity, client acquisition, asset consolidation, and retention. Success requires relationship-building, coaching, collaboration, execution, and comfort with CRM tools. Key Responsibilities: Recruit Investment Advisors and guide recruitment and transition processes Support onboarding, productivity milestones, coaching, and training needs Manage advisor relationships and translate objectives into development activities Promote acquisition, referrals, planning, marketing,
