Our client, a well-established Quebec company, is seeking a lawyer or notary with at least 5 years of experience in business law to join its legal team Reporting to the Vice-President
- Legal and Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Secretary, you will play a key advisory role for the company's various departments and business partners. You will be involved in a wide range of matters, including commercial contracts, transactions, financing and real estate. You will advise the company's various teams and contribute to a broad range of legal matters. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements, including financing, supply and intellectual property agreements Advising and supporting the business development team in connection with acquisition transactions Drafting and reviewing offers to lease, leases, renewals, amendments,



relocations and assignments Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the company's activities Preparing and providing legal opinions Collaborating with various departments on their projects and legal matters Bachelor's degree in law Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business law and contract drafting Strong drafting skills and excellent command of French Positive command of English, both written and spoken Knowledge of the Pharmacy Act considered a significant asset Ability to develop practical solutions tailored to business needs Flexible work schedule and summer hours ~ Group insurance and health spending account ~ Retirement plan ~ Paid vacation starting in the first year ~7 paid sick or personal daysEmployee and family assistance program ~
