AdmissionPrep is a high-performance coaching company helping students take control of their post-secondary journey. We combine admissions expertise, academic skill development, and personalized mentorship to give students a competitive edge. We are looking for a knowledgeable chemistry tutor to help students in Grades 8 to 12 work confidently across both the conceptual and the mathematical side of the subject. Contract role: part-time tutoring position. Pay: $20 to $23 per hour, depending on experience. Hours: after-school hours, mainly weekday evenings and weekends.

Location:
remote or from our Vancouver office (Canada-based applicants only; must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident). Many of our tutors balance it with other professional or academic commitments.



Tutor chemistry 1:1 over video, across atomic structure, bonding, stoichiometry, gases, solutions, equilibrium, and organic chemistry Support lab calculations, significant figures, and formal lab write-ups Follow AdmissionPrep's tutoring methodology and training standards A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Education. Current Master's or PhD students are encouraged to apply. Teaching or tutoring experience with Grades 8 to 12 students, online or in person Robust command of the Canadian high school chemistry curriculum
