Our shop sells quality, repaired/cleaned and tested donated items at reasonable prices to raise funds for local community service projects and global partners for relief, development and peace.

Responsibilities
Work with 1 or 2 other volunteers on donated pictures, artwork, frames, mirrors, wall hangings, etc.
Inspect items for quality and condition, clean them, and look up their value and originality on Google.
Price items according to a price guideline and arrange them on the retail floor once priced.
Perform lifting and repair of frames and pictures where possible.

Age Requirements

16 years old or above

Other Requirements
Some art background is an asset.

Schedule
Tuesdays and /or Thursdays for 3 to 4 hours between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Advantages
Training is provided by our retail store manager on the cash register and customer service.
We provide a letter of reference after 60 or more hours of volunteer time.
