Order Picker associates support the Service Desk team by prioritizing pick lists and gathering merchandise throughout the store. They fill orders promptly, protect products during packing, and prepare purchases for delivery or curbside pickup. The role also includes POS sales and returns, customer calls, and reading COM orders or system notes.

Key Responsibilities:
Obtain and prioritize detailed pick lists
Gather merchandise using the Order Fulfillment Application
Pack, label, and stage orders carefully
Load delivery vehicles and retrieve curbside orders
Follow Home Depot's GET customer service model

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
One to two years of retail or distribution experience is an asset
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to operate reach trucks and order picker machines is an asset
Ability to lift, move, and handle bulky items
