As a Patient Services Specialist, you will create positive patient experiences while supporting comprehensive eye care. Your work includes welcoming patients, managing appointments, completing pre-testing, processing payments, preparing prescription printouts, and assisting with eyewear. The position requires communication, interpersonal, and technology skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout patient visits
Welcome patients and handle check-in and check-out
Complete pre-testing for comprehensive eye care




Prepare prescription printouts and process billing payments
Provide eyewear pickups, minor repairs, and adjustments

Requirements:
Passion for connecting with patients
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
