You will understand available home models, area amenities, product offerings, and the home-buying process. The position reports to the Area Sales Manager while supporting sales targets and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Present new homes, features, benefits, and community information
Follow up on sales leads and referrals
Prepare purchase agreements, amendments, and deposit receipts
Guide customers throughout the home-building process




Research target demographics and competitive information

Requirements:
Minimum three years of sales and customer service experience
Robust organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Administrative experience with contracts and sales agreements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HB.One, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign
CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is an asset
