The Clinic Supervisor supports HART HUB and Integrated Programs alongside the Integrated Programs Manager. The role supervises nursing, administrative, peer, and in-reach teams while maintaining high-quality, client-centred care. Approximately 75% focuses on leadership; 25% provides clinical support through triage, procedures, supplies, and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise HART HUB staff attendance, scheduling, and daily operations
Address staff shortages, incidents, and immediate clinic needs
Triage urgent items and respond to medical emergencies
Plan, assign, supervise, and evaluate staff work




Support compliance, partnerships, budgets, and financial reporting

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in health, business, social sciences, or related disciplines
Regulated healthcare qualified with 5+ years clinical experience
Healthcare management or supervisory experience
Knowledge of harm reduction and social determinants of health
Experience supporting mental health, addictions, poverty, or homelessness
