As a Sales Compensation Analyst within Sales Operations and the Spine division, you will administer sales and incentive compensation plans. Your work will cover data validation, platform configuration, payout processing, and reporting. You will also support Finance, Sales Leadership, and commercial planning with reliable analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer sales and incentive compensation plans
Calculate, validate, and process incentive payments
Produce PTQ and sales performance reporting
Partner with Finance on accruals and forecasting




Support territory changes and operational reporting

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
1–2 years of relevant analytical experience
Advanced Excel proficiency and robust analytical skills
Transparent communication and accurate data preparation abilities
Experience with Power BI is a plus
