Support Zenith’s current business growth through RFI and RFP development, stakeholder coordination, and accurate agency reporting across Canada.

This newly created Business Development Manager position supports Canadian pitches led by Zenith, with additional Publicis Media work when capacity permits. You will coordinate with international and global teams, source expertise across Publicis organizations, and maintain reporting through Salesforce, COMvergence, and RECMA. Client onboarding and award submissions are also central responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Canadian support for global business pitches
Source relevant content from Publicis subject-matter experts
Maintain reporting in Salesforce, COMvergence, and RECMA




Serve as primary contact during client onboarding
Submit entries for industry and agency awards

Requirements:
Two to three years of relevant qualified experience
Previous recent business pitch support experience
Experience navigating complex organizations and stakeholders
Excellent written communication and meeting note skills
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Use reporting, communication, and organizational expertise to coordinate Zenith’s pitches, onboarding, and Publicis Media collaboration.
